Where?
Of course in Schulenberg.
Why?
Schulenberg is called "Balcony of the Harz". It is surrounded with more than ninety lakes in which visitors can swim without having to pay entry fees. In the evening one can have wonderful barbecues surrounded by the mountains and lovely forests. Of course there are also lovely hiking paths in the forests which range from very easy and relaxing walks to hiking tours for advanced hikers. In addition we can offer a very exciting race park for the mountain bikers who don't only want to cycle on the normal paths.
For those visitors who are more interested in architecture there are many beautiful old towns and interesting sights nearby.

We would like to invite you to stay at our "Haus Harmonie" during your stay in the Harz. We have furnished our appartment with alot of love and are proud to present a lovely home. The appartment consists of a large dining room, a double bedroom and two single bedrooms. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen in which you have the possibility to make your own meals as you please.

Of course you can also visit one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood (e.g. have breakfast in the hotel across the street) if you don't feel like doing your own cooking. If you want to visit restaurants which are not in Schulenberg itself you can drive to Goslar (an over 1000 year old city) which is only 9 km (about 6 miles) away.
